Every year heating and cooling systems need to be serviced. The Heating Specialist offers a maintenance agreement to take the obligation off your yearly to do list. We provide expert technicians to handle the annual maintenance on your heating and cooling systems and we give you priority service.

Payment Plan

We offer pay as you go billing or yearly pay in advance for a 5% discount. On pre-paid extended contracts of three or more years we will exempt you from any inflation rates.
